Our refund policy is as follows:
For Self Placed Learning:
Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Refund is not applicable if the participant has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded the any material. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For Instructor Led Training:
Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Refund is not applicable if the participant has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded the any e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day.
Also, In case a user downloads any material for the course the refund is not applicable. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For any other programs:
Raise refund requests within 7 days of purchase of any other programs. The refund is not applicable if the participant raises any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course. Refund requests after the 7 day period will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Notwithstanding the above, the fee paid by the participant towards securing his/her seat in a program shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.
